We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations delivery

Contact us within: 5 days after delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Highly Custom or Personalized Orders
  • Items on Sale

Returns and exchange details

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase. If there is no contact within 5 days of delivery date, refunds will not be accepted.
Items shipped back without approval and without communicating with us will not be refunded.

We will accept merchandise in its original condition only. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds will be sent via Paypal. Shipping fees are non refundable. We charge restocking fees of 20% of your item's price.

Items produced specifically on request and custom-sized rings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that the customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.

Payment

We accept Paypal payments only.

You don’t need to have a paypal account in order to pay. You can pay with your debit or credit card directly on the PayPal site, as a PayPal guest.
