** If no one around to sign off the registered delivery, an instructional note will be posted for self-pickup of the parcel at your nearest local post office. 

Express Shipping (FedEx Express)

A door-to-door, insured courier service. Shipped with tracking code, and arrives in 3-5 business days. 

Need to top up USD$25 but purchase of USD$500 and above will qualify a free upgrade to express shipping.

** Please provide your phone number during check out as it is required from the shipper.

We combine shipping for multiple purchases.

If you did not receive the parcel 1 month after it is send out, do connect us so we may assist you.

If you purchase goods from abroad, Customs or Import Duties VAT / GST may be apply. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay those fees.

Our shipments are carbon neutral and fund carbon removal companies through the Planet app, like DroneSeed. They reforest land affected by wildfires using drones that deploy seed pucks and recently conducted reforestation efforts on 300 acres in Western Oregon.
